An orientation session was conducted by the National Academy of Direct Taxes in association with Salwan Education Trust regarding the competition being organized to celebrate the country’s independence – ‘Desh Aur Hum’.
The session was conducted at Salwan Public School, Gurugram. Participating school’s representatives attended the session offline as well through online mode along with the teachers and students of Salwan Public School, Gurugram. The session started with the school head greeting the attendees. Shri Madhukar Kumar Bhagat, ADG, National Academy of Direct Taxes oriented the attendees regarding the competition being organized by the Income Tax Department to celebrate the country’s development. The importance of paying taxes was discussed in the session. The session ended with the guest taking up questions from the attendees regarding the session and the tax system of the country.
