Live Story Telling Session

A live Storytelling Session has been organized by Eupheus Learning (Publishing House) for students of classes Nursery to V on Saturday, June 22, 2024, by renowned educationist Ms. Anupama Bakshi. The Library Department of the school took the initiative and motivated students to be part of the storytelling session. As we know stories are a great medium to teach young ones. They help in nurturing creativity, enhancing listening skills, and promoting love for reading. Stories also provide a foundation for moral values, helping children distinguish between right and wrong. Through effective story narration, children learn about cultural heritage, traditions, and the world around them.

The session was divided into two groups: Classes Nursery to 2 and Classes 3 to 5. Each story session featured two stories for each group. The sessions were designed to cater to different age levels, aiming to spread awareness about our environment, instill a sense of belongingness towards its conservation, and teach empathy. Engaging in storytelling can also improve language skills and boost confidence as children express their thoughts and ideas.
