National Deworming Campaign was scheduled from 2nd August, 2021 to 7th August, 2021 under the guidance of Directorate of Family Welfare, GNCTD.
The campaign involved administration of a single age-appropriate dose of Albendazole to all children and adolescents in the age group of 1-19 years. This year due to COVID-19 Pandemic and subsequent closure of schools, the campaign was being held through a community-based approach.
As a part of the Campaign, age-appropriate dose of Albendazole was to be administered to all eligible children and adolescents through home visits by a team of Anganwadi Worker and ASHA. You are requested to the get the dose administered on your own or through the team appointed by GNCTD.
