Set Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programme - Inspire By Heartfulness
INSPIRE is 6-day experiential workshop sessions for teachers, which will enable teachers to create joyful activity-based learning in classrooms. The main objectives of the workshop are:
- To learn the four basic Heartfulness practices of:
- Mental Cleaning
- Inner Connect
- To become adept at conducting guided relaxation for all students, and be able to give them instructions for meditation.
- To be introduced to heart-centred pedagogy, understand the various methodologies, and go through initial practical training to apply the same in their classroom.
With the challenging times due to COVID-19, Training sessions are organised to help the teachers learn and create new teaching strategies which will bring back the interest of their students in the online classrooms and encourage learning. The webinars are being organised for students, teachers and parents. This helps students broaden their skills, as well as their understanding of their field of interest. This also allows students to attain new knowledge and skills that can supplement or complement their main field of study. Live webinars are provided to parents per month. Webinars are interactive. During webinars parents are able to interact with the resource person asking valuable questions. These have helped all the stake holders making it a win win situation and combat the challenges faced due to COVID.
