The school took up the International School Award as a challenge and a new venture in 2006. We were excited and nostalgic about the activity and were determined to make this dream possible. We started working at different levels with the students and colleagues. Since all the projects were global based, it was a challenge to contact schools in UK. Everyday was a new experience - getting "the team" together - coffee session’s...discussion...arguments...more discussions... then more arguments...getting on to work back again.
We finally bagged the award in September 2007 in Kolkata and was received by the principal and the school's ISA Co-ordinator.
